We are pleased to feature low, rate-quoted shipping. Depending on your merchandise and shipping location, different shipping methods and prices will be offered. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Expedited Air Shipments:

  • Standard processing time, 1 business day Monday-Friday does not apply to an expedited air shipping method. An expedited order placed by 2 pm CST will ship out the same day it is ordered.
  • A signature is required upon delivery.
  • If your order consists of in-stock items and items with a later ship date, the in- stock items will ship through your selected ship method. All future shipments will be sent via ground delivery.
  • For expedited air shipping, you must ship to a physical address. P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses are not valid.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Any errors must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. If you receive damaged merchandise, please retain all packaging and included paperwork, and call us immediately in the event that we need to file a claim with the freight carrier.

Multiple/Partial Shipments. Unless specified otherwise, if a portion of your order is ready ahead of schedule, we may send you a partial shipment and follow with the balance. International orders will be shipped as merchandise becomes available, unless you specify that the order must ship completely.

Delivery and Beyond

Please check your order for packing errors and/or damaged products immediately upon receipt. Errors must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Packing Errors. If you receive an item you did not order, or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 5 business days of receipt, and the error will be corrected as quickly as possible. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, but no additional charges will apply for shipments to correct packing errors.

Damaged Products. If you receive damaged merchandise, call us immediately. Because Weissman may have to file a claim with the freight carrier, we ask that you retain all packaging and paperwork. Items that are damaged or defective upon receipt will be replaced at no additional charge, provided you contact customer service within 5 days of receipt and retain all packaging and paperwork.

Follow-up Orders. Any additional items ordered after shipping of your initial order has begun will be processed as new, separate orders, and shipping will be scheduled based upon availability and ship dates in effect at the time the follow-up order is placed.

Refunds. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, uneven exchange or overpayment, please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing.

Orders with 5 or less distinct style/size/color combinations, regardless of the quantity ordered for each, can take advantage of Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited services which includes free routine customs clearance. However, duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Both shipping options are available for larger orders but duties, taxes, brokerage fees and shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

When you select UPS Standard (Ground) service to Canada, UPS charges a $10.00 CAD Customs Brokerage Entry Fee. You must make payment for all applicable duties and taxes, plus the $10.00 CAD UPS Fee on all shipments valued under $200.00 CAD. Additional brokerage fees will apply on all shipments valued over $200.00 CAD.

You can pay all fees in advance to avoid any delivery delays and payment holds, or just arrange to pick up at the nearest UPS Customer Counter. Call UPS Brokerage Customer Service at 1.800.263.8125, Press 3 to pay by credit card or provide payment to the UPS driver at time of delivery.

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand

Ship Dates Vary by Style: For costumes not listed as IN STOCK on our website, you’ll notice ship dates may vary by style. Please see our product pages for estimated ship dates.

Your Ship Dates: The date(s) your costumes are scheduled to leave our warehouse will be supplied upon receipt of your order. NOTE: For orders with missing information such as style number, color, size, payment, etc., the ship date will be based on when we receive the correct information.

Delayed Items: On rare occasion, costumes may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. When this occurs, we will contact you immediately.

IMPORTANT TAX CHANGE!
Due to the recent requirement from the Australian government to collect a 10% goods and services tax (GST), Weissman will now be collecting 10% GST on all Australian shipments. If you are registered to collect GST, you may be exempt.

If you are an Australian GST-registered business making purchases for business use and possess an Australian Business Number (ABN), you may be exempt from this tax. If you meet this criteria, please contact Customer Service at info@weissmans.com or call 1.800.477.5410 with:

  • The customer/business name on your Weissman account
  • Your Weissman account number
  • Your Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Registered date for GST exempt status: DD/MM/YYYY
