Who We're Looking For

Weissman is scouting dancers for our 2024-2025 season.

We look for talented boys and girls, ages 2-17, who share our passion for dance, measure within our casting sizes, plus pack a little sparkle power!

All dancers are paid for their time.

Casting Opportunities

Bookings are seasonal and based on casting age and project. Some dancers will not be contacted until spring of 2025. Weissman Showtime dancers must have some availability February - May, 2025.

Weissman is casting versatile dancers with excellent ballet/jazz technique and acting ability. We are seeking dancers with dynamic expression, personality, and musicality who can shift confidently between different theatrical characters and styles.

How Will I Know If My Dancer Is Chosen

Due to the large number of talented applicants and our ongoing production schedule, we contact dancers as needed only. New dancers rotate into the roster from August to May. Dancers are booked only when casting age and fit align, and may need to grow into our next size before we have products available.

We may contact you in winter or spring months for updated measurements and/or photos.
No phone calls, please.

When & Where

Photo shoot sessions are booked during normal business hours, Tuesday - Friday, at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Our production schedule runs year-long. If your dancer is booked and you live outside the St. Louis area, we will coordinate travel or lodging accommodations for you. All dancers are paid for their time.
