Please review the checklist below before submitting your PO to ensure that it is processed as efficiently as possible:
✔ If your order is time sensitive, be sure to include the required date, any instructions, and additional shipping costs.
✔ The shipping address must be clearly identified on the purchase order. If a shipping address is not specified, it will be shipped to the billing address on the PO. We will not ship to any address not listed on the PO.
✔ Be sure to clearly indicate the style numbers, sizes, colors, quantities and current pricing on the PO.
✔ Many schools build a quote online using their shopping cart or request a quote by calling 1.800.477.5410, Monday through Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm CST or emailing info@weissmans.com. Once a quote is finalized, the PO can be easily created and submitted with the quote attached or with the specific items and costs listed on the PO. Creating or requesting a quote is also a good way to learn about any back-order dates that might apply.
✔ We strongly encourage you to check current pricing and stock availability online before your PO is submitted. Since availability can change daily (even hourly), there is no guarantee that the items will be available by the time of your PO is processed. Checking online beforehand or requesting a quote can help you avoid potential delays before you commit to your order.
